Shipping Policy

Raw Hair Orders: Please allow 5–10 business days to process and ship (may be sooner depending on inventory).

Pro Wig Orders: Processing time is 3–5 business days.

Custom Wig Orders: Processing time is 10–14 business days.

Once your package ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Shipping Timeframes (after order has shipped):

Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping: 5–7 business days

Please Note: Any order placed after 5 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
Business Days: Monday – Friday (10 AM – 5 PM EST)

All orders are shipped via USPS and require signature confirmation upon delivery.
We do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

Pickup Orders:
We offer local pickup once your order has been processed. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Holiday Shipping Notice:
We cannot control potential delays caused by holiday shipping volume. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
HAIRBYYETTYPRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address (including apartment number) before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no refunds will be issued. We will contact you when the package arrives for reshipment.

No Refunds for Packages Lost by the Carrier.

Due to sanitary reasons and to ensure the safety of all customers, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
